Hop House Tennessee Taps & Tapas
Hop House Tennessee Taps was founded in 2019 by Kenny Sizemore and Mark Cook, both of Franklin. The two previously founded Wild Hare Beer Co. in Spring Hill, and passed the business on to a new owner early in 2018.
Hop House focuses primarily on Tennessee-brewed beer, and beers from neighboring states. We also seek out food that reflects the region with creativity.
We offer 30 rotating taps, all from Tennessee breweries, and 6 "regional" taps, that also rotate. We aim to reflect various beer styles and represent as many breweries as possible.
Our objective is to create a relaxing atmosphere that promotes community.

Sopapillas' owner, Steve Dale, came from Phoenix and Albuquerque to pursue his love and passion for music in the late 90s. Sopapillas continues to grow and has won multiple awards, including "Best Mexican Restaurant" in Nashville for the past three years.
Dale is thankful for the journey and the blessings along the way. When asked if he misses the music, Dale replies, "Yes, I do, but I love creating what people enjoy tasting, hearing, smelling, and seeing when they come to Sopapillas. The guests are everything- and when their faces come alive to a new flavor– it is all worth it."
